Auch das Querformat dieses Stückes ist ungewöhnlich, jedoch nicht so sehr unüblich. Es gibt einige querformatige Thangkas. So ist uns z. B. ein solches, sehr großes, des Nechung-Klosters, Dharamsala, bekannt.
