Im Zentrum befindet sich Dorje Tshajema, eine der wichtigsten Schutzgöttinnen Tibets. Die anderen 11 Schutzgöttinnen sind im unteren Teil des Thangkas zu erkennen. Die zwölf Tanma-Göttinnen leben in großen Gebirgen. Oben auf dem Thangka in der Mitte befindet sich Guru Rinpoche, links der VII. Dalai Lama und rechts der V. Dalai Lama.
