Dieses ausgefallene Mandala zeigt eine ungewöhnliche Beschreibung des Kosmos. Der mystische Berg Meru erhebt sich auf der planetarischen Achse aus den 7 Bergringen. Die verschiedenen Tiere versinnbildlichen Tieropfer, die den buddhistischen Schutzgöttern dargebracht werden. Dieses Mandala war die Druckvorlage für die Darstellung im Tushita-Kalender. Kleinere Farbabweichungen im Kalender sind möglich

This unusual mandala shows an unusual description of the cosmos. The mystical Mount Meru rises from the planetary axis and the 7 mountain rings. The different animals symbolize the sacrifice of animals, which are offered to the Buddhist protector deities. This mandala was the template for printing the Tushita calendar. Minor color variations are possible in the calendar
